In the role of Project Coordinator, you will be responsible to coordinate the flow of information on a project, focusing on gathering, collation and verification of field measurements, relating to lane closures and property access closures. You would assist the Mobility Matters Manager in the collation, synthesis, evaluation and analysis of Lane Closures and Property Access Closures data.
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interface with both the traffic team and the construction team, in the collation, verification and management of Mobility Matters and Property Access matters related information and
- Monitor, track, and document encroachment into public right of way, including driving lanes, doorway access, sidewalks, anddriveway
- Participate in the review of work staging plans, with the view of minimizing construction impacts, and
- Trackfield Lane Closures and Property Access Closures, and verify the accuracy of data, and ensure that data are consistent with information resident in the appropriate repository on the
- Liaise with the Construction Team, the Traffic Team and the Permit, Licensing and Approval (PLA) team, in all matters relating to procurement of Lane Driveway Closures, Door Access Closures, Drive-lane Closures, Sidewalks and Driveway Access
- Provide input and assist the Communication Team with the procurement of Property Access Closure Agreements necessary for the implementation of Driveways Closures and Doorway Closures.
- Assist with the preparation of contractual submittals, and compile notes and minutes of the Mobility Matters Review
- Acts as a leader in Safety and Quality by adhering to and promoting plans, policies, and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architectural, Construction or
- Strong Computer skills: Microsoft Word (intermediate), Microsoft Excel (intermediate), AutoCAD (Basic), and Bluebeam(Basic).
- Skills in GIS, including Google Earth /Google Maps
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Excellent command of English Language, with high proficiency in written and verbal communication
- Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans
- Solid organizational skills, and ability to multi-task, prioritize and work to deadlines
- Self-motivated, with strong client-facing and ability to build relationships and work effectively within various teams
- Attention to detail and ability to see the bigger picture
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
- Previous experience or internship (on-site experience) in construction related field would be an advantage
- Clean driver’s license, with willingness to travel as
